Candidate would be responsible to develop new clients in Chennai / Tamil nadu state, service a few existing clients in this geography sector , lead a team of recruiters / researchers and achieve top line and bottom line targets.

Desired Profile
PG in any discipline with minimum 10 years experience in sales , operations , HR, management consulting, recruitment services, headhunting, executive search, placement consultancy etc, out of which minimum 3/4 years experience in recruitment sector is a must.

Hands-on, self motivated and entrepreneurial mind set is a must.

Extensive experience in diversified domain in a few of the sectors including Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Telecom, Retail , sectors etc. is a must.

Based on the quality of experience and investment sharing the fixed remuneration package & profit sharing can be decided.
