3) Coordinating Interviews with different stake holders.

4) Responsible for end to end Hiring of the Candidate

5) Responsible for driving various state level initiatives in various Govt Colleges and Pvt Colleges.

6) Responsible for coordinating for Training and Placement Officers of various colleges

7) Responsible for meeting overall site level manager level hiring.
