Recruitment Lead

The aspiring candidate will be self-driven and accept ownership and responsibility for revenues and targets allocated to the branch.

You are expected to be hands-on and should come with a track record of consistently achieving closures for core technology requirements in domains like embedded, mobile, telecom and wireless at all levels.

You will carry a personal revenue target, as well as responsibility for the branch target and leading your team to ensure that each team member meets her/his allocated targets.

The ideal candidate would have some flair for searching and building up new active clients.
