Candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates through various channels – online, headhunting, mapping and referencing.
The incumbent should be conducting telephonic and personal interviews.

Analyzing and managing requirements by way of coordinating and scheduling interviews.

Should be target oriented.

Should be adept in negotiating compensation packages, reference checking and handholding the candidates till joining.

The candidate must emphasize on database building, creating and maintaining required and relevant MIS.
