Recruitment Executive for Firestone

Candidate should able to work with line managers on recruitment of suitable candidates.

Manage hiring partners and follow up with them for suitable candidate profiles, interview schedules, etc.

Network through industry contacts and employees for suitable candidates.

Work with line manages and create Job descriptions for positions.

Shortlist candidate profiles and conduct HR Round of interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Follow up with line managers for feedback and efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

Prepare and regularly update MIS reports, recruitment status etc.

Conduct recruitment drives as and when required.

Perform reference and background checks for potential employees..

Roll out of offer and appointment letters.

Conduct joining formalities for new hires.

Perform other special projects as assigned.
