Recruitment Executive for Elixir Web Solutions

Managing the complete recruitment cycle across junior and middle level mandate of various functions/skill sets for temp staffing.

Should have aggressively worked on portals like naukri, monster, times etc.

Should have used sourcing tools like references, linked in etc.

The applicant should be innovative and an independent thinker.

Should be able to analyze and manage client’s requirements by way of coordinating and scheduling interviews for Gurgaon location

Experience in ITES recruitment`s .

Should have efficiently managed clients.

Should be able to facilitate candidate interviews with the clients.

Should be adept in negotiating compensation packages, reference checking and hand holding the candidates till joining

Client Relation:

Would be responsible for ensuring regular met ups with key clients.

Taking regular feedback`s and requirement from clients

Ensure high hit rates with the clients.

Delivery Management:

Ensure delivery of the resources to the clients with quality, integrity of data & reports and adherence to service level Agreements.

Meetings/telecon with clients to understand the profile of the resource/s required
