The candidate should be MBA in HR/MHRM with atleast 2-3 years of relevant experience in Domestic IT recruitment.

Good understanding of core engineering and IT roles and technologies in a corporate world to intelligently understand the business needs.

Understanding the job descriptions & IT Technologies.

Understanding the job descriptions of various technologies.

Sourcing through job portals, networking sites etc

Telephonic screening of resumes.

Actively search for potential candidates from targeted IT companies.

Generate a quality database of candidates across various skills.

Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (based on work, position, salary and relocation etc)

Coordinating for various levels of Recruitment process.

Maintaining Master Data Sheet, Status of interviews, and other relevant reports.
