Recruitment Executive for Captor Services

The candidate should:
Understand the manpower requirement of the Clients.

Search the resumes / potential candidates through Job portals, referencing or headhunting.

Interact with clients on regular basis to take the feedbacks

Schedule Interviews & Negotiate Salary.

Manage the entire recruitment cycle till the joining of the candidate.

Maintain Reports on a Weekly & Monthly basis.
