Recruitment Executive for Accenture

Being a bridge between the Onshore Recruiters and the Sourcing Teams.

Is to obtain the demand for open positions from the Resourcing Agents, review the requirements, clarify details and allocate the open position requests to various sourcing teams.

Once the Liaisons get back the results from the sourcing teams, they communicate the same to resourcing agents.

The Liaisons are also the subject matter experts and provide assistance to the sourcing teams as and when required.

Consult with the recruiting teams to derive ways to get better sourcing results.

2 + years experience with Boolean search string development for internet sourcing.

Demonstrated ability to take complex inputs and use critical decision-making to arrive at conclusions.

2+ years Experience with and interest in developing sourcing strategies.

Experience with advising and influencing customers to take necessary actions to create a candidate pool.
