Candidate should be able to source and screen the candidates on the basis of their suitability and eligibility for the job opening through job portals, headhunting, database and mapping etc.

Regular candidate interaction / update and networking.

Scheduling interviews for candidates and taking preliminary round.

Salary negotiation, offer letter preparation, follow up with the candidates and clients till joining.

Preparing daily/weekly and monthly report.

Continue to raise the bar on performance, delivering superior performance across all areas of responsibility.

Client coordination / interaction, when necessary.
