Recruitment Executive

The candidate should have experience in IT Recruitments.

Should be aware of end to end recruitment life cycle.

Must have Good Communication Skills.

Must have experience in Sourcing and Screening profiles using Job Portals, networking, database, headhunting etc.

Able to interact with the technical team and Project Manager for the resource requirement of their projects.

Should be able to manage recruitment drives.

Salary fitment and salary negotiation in accordance with the salary band.

Should be good in Documentation and maintaining MIS related to hiring activities.

Good analytical and selling skills.

A full-time MBA or equivalent degree is a must

Must have experience working in corporates.
