Candidate will be responsible for understanding the client’s requirements.

Mobilizing human resources through various means such as Job Portals, Headhunting, Advertising, References, and Existing databank.

Involved in large-scale recruitment activities involving searching, filtering, short listing of resumes and scheduling personal interviews.

Screening of resumes for various positions & short-listing candidates for interview.

Conducting initial round of interview.

Coordinating interview as per the client’s requirement.

Acquiring the feedback, Offer negotiations and joining formalities.

Maintaining & updating the Database.

Worked for different domains like Retail ,FMCG,Manufacturing,Engineering, Media & Aviation.
