Recruitment Consultant for Adecco

Seeking fresher/experienced consultants to identify, select, and hire IT professionals from domestic and international markets.

In addition, this candidate will coordinate with various clients as well as our other national offices and recruiting centers.

The ideal candidate will have technical (qualification) background or with solid understanding about Information Technologies and related industry.

Prefer a person with a background in information technology. The candidate also must have a good academic track record and should enjoy working in a fast paced and aggressive environment.

Understanding about the staffing industry will be an added advantage.

Desired Profile
1. Solid technical recruitment experience in either an internal or agency environment or technical diploma/ degree.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident and Professional manner.

3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

4. A keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence in all aspects of customer service.

5. A `can do` attitude and a flexible, proactive approach.

6. The ability to work autonomous.

7. Knowledge of technical job market.

8. Solid computer skills and detail oriented.

9. Must be a team player that can adapt to changing situations.
