The candidate will be analyzing the requirements by mapping the Primary, Secondary, Preferred skill sets along with job specifications.

Sourcing the profiles first by checking with existing database, and referrals resources if any, for the requirements.

Recruited technical professionals for contract and permanent placement for projects and consulting engagements

HR discussion with the candidates, setting up technical interviews with Clients

Scrutinizing, short listing, co-ordination, scheduling & interviewing candidates.

Excellent communication & presentation skills
