Recruiter - IT / Technical for Florence Fennel : Walk In

The incumbent would be handling End to End recruitment activities right from identifying the candidates, screening of profiles, scheduling of interviews, interview follow-ups, acceptance of offer by candidates

Conducting the initial round of interview to check the candidates on various aspects i.e. Availability, willingness etc.

Performing reference checks on candidates

Timely entry of information into the company database

Achievement of sales / revenue / collection targets as outlined in the budgets

Interview Date:

19th to 23rd Oct `09 from 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Number of Positions : 5

Candidate with experience in Recruitment in the IT/ITES/Software industry

Graduate with Focus on HR, Microsoft Office,Word, Excel and Outlook

Highly motivated, energetic self-starter
