The incumbent is responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle

Understanding the client requirements and sourcing the profiles accordingly through job portals/referrals/databases

Negotiate & convince the candidates to accept the offer & join at the earliest

Good knowledge of the various technical skills and latest technologies in IT industry

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work under huge stress/ pressure
