1. Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited t referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, referrals, and user/technical groups.
2. Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for up and coming requirements.
3. Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region.
4. Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on TekRecroit Solutions` process.
5. Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
6. Strategically partner with hiring authorities to clearly define position requirements as well as understand business model and objectives
7. Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database.
8. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
9. Manage a personal desk of billing/billable contractors.
10. Refer job order leads and hiring manager names to Account Managers.
11. Meet or exceed monthly and annual agreed upon goals.
12. Be proficient in all of TekRecroit Solutions` offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
13. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
14. 6 months to One year experience in recruiting (Freshers can also apply)
15. Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency.
16. Computer savvy.
17. A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
18. Able to multi-task in a very fast paced, dynamic environment.
19. Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships based on honesty and integrity.
20. Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
21. Be able to motivate, inspire, and influence others.
22. Posses the ability and desire to continually learn new technology
23. Be a self-starter who can set and execute goals and lead by example.
24. Be able to work under pressure.
25. Have a strong work ethic.
