The candidate is responsible for recruitment of professionals for all Levels of Organization

Understanding the needs of the Client and sourcing resumes through job portals, Database, Networking & head hunting etc.

Coordinating between Clients and Candidates.

Minimum recruitment experience is mandatory.

Good knowledge of technologies.

Knowledge of Recruitment Processes and Methodologies.

Good in using Job Portals, Excel sheets, Outlook Mails.

Very Good written and Spoken English skills.
