Recruiter for First Data

Candidate should have minimum 2 years of hands on experience in closing positions across function and levels.

Full Time MBA in HRM preferred.

Should be able to join in 2-4 weeks time.

Job Description for the Recruiter
-Work with Function to obtain the approvals on the Recruitment portal

-Track the status of the positions

-Align resources and people as per the open positions

-Source, screen and evaluate internal / external talent

-Manage the temporary staff to deliver on the KPAs

-Tap all the methods / tools of recruitment

-Coordinate with all the recruitment vendors – Background search, recruiting agencies

-Maintaining MIS

-Adhering to the workflow and bring in process changes as required

-Drive at least one project / organizational initiative

-20% of the time involved with Generalist activities

-Maintain TAT as per client requirements

-Vendor mgmt and development

-Improvements in recruitment quality
