Understand the Client manpower requirement and source profiles within the allotted time frame.

Prepare and put advertisements, as per the ARMS-RDF at various Job Portals, User groups, Trade magazines, etc.

Develop and use company skills matrix to locate suitable candidates.

Personally validate candidates as per the ARMS-RDF.
