Demonstrated knowledge of the end-to-end personnel administration business processes and data Knowledge of PS online, batch, reporting, data structures, and workflow.
PeopleSoft Functional Lead to lead the implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS applications.
Experience in at least three full PeopleSoft HRMS lifecycle implementations; perform analysis, design and implementation of system changes.
Ability to interpret Business requirements, perform fit-gap sessions, define functional specifications, recommend best business practices and be able to configure (set-up tables), administer and maintain the system.
Strong functional understanding of OraclePeopleSoft HR, Base Benefits, Ben Admin, Self service, eRecruit, ePerformance, North American Payroll and Global Payroll products.
Under limited guidance, perform complex analyses, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation and problem solving of application and technology components.
Interact and communicate effectively with ERP Development team members to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of Oracle/PeopleSoft updates and modifications into production.
Should be very well versed with PeopleSoft HRMS versions 8.8 / 8.9 / 9.0.
Should possess fair amount of Technical skills including but not limited to SQL, SQR, Component Interface, Application Messaging, Application Servers, Weblogic Servers etc.
