Payroll Professionals for First Data

First Data India is looking for payroll professionals with at least 2 years of experience in handling indian payroll on peoplesoft, tax related issues, regulatory compliance.

Assist the payroll manager in effectively developing and oversee an efficient india payroll operation.

Coordinate activities between customers and working with payroll vendor to ensure the timely, accurate and efficient processing of india company payrolls.

Provide quality customer service to the entire India employee population (approx. 450).

Co-ordinate with HR on new joiners and resigned employees data for payroll processing.

Collate all sales incentives payment.

Scrutinize the investment declaration of the employees before submission to vendor.

Guide employees in their tax planning.

Handle queries related to income tax calculation and provident fund.

Check PF related documents such as nomination form, PF withdrawal form etc.

Manage ESI and other statutory compliance.

Provide timely and accurate reports to aid in meeting the business needs of the customers/organization.

Maintenance of data in HRIS system.

Maintain acceptable service levels to the customers to include timely turn around on problem solving, research and follow.
