Candidate should have complex software engineering experience in progressively challenging roles.

Minimum 2 full life cycle HRMS implementation experience.

Excellent knowledge of Oracle Workflow, HRMS, Payroll, GL & Financials.

Oracle Forms, Reports , Strong PL/SQL.
Experience with AIM Methodology.

Experience in Java, including proven skill sets in XML, JSP/Servlet/J2EE and JDBC, big plus.
