The incumbent would be working directly with on-site Consultants

Operations Recruiters are the primary source of suitable candidate profiles for any given requisition

The role requires ownership of the full recruitment life cycle, from brief-taking through to delivery of an assessed candidate shortlist

Developing and then implementing an optimal sourcing strategy, the Ops Recruiter is critical in ensuring Kenexa meets the demands - to agreed Service Levels - of our RPO customers

Complete ownership of assigned requisitions through to completion

Taking a requisition briefing with Hiring Manager and/or on-site Consultant

Together with the Consultant, developing an optimal sourcing strategy to fulfill the requirement

Engaging the appropriate stakeholders within Kenexa to deliver against the requirement

Executing on the souring strategy & managing pipeline of candidates

Conducting detailed candidate assessments (interviews) in order to validate suitability against requirement

Presenting candidates to Consultant/Hiring Manager and selling candidate to customer based on requirements and benefits

Fastidiously delivering to Kenexa & customer Service Level Agreements, driving team performance to ensure service excellence

Paying close attention to means/methods of delivering continuous service improvement and learning

Stringently adhering to reporting, documentation and system usage requirements, ensuring integrity throughout

Goal-orientation coupled with an unfaltering drive for results

Passionate about delivering outstanding performance and a track record to demonstrate as such

Ability to manage multiple requisitions/ projects at any time

Capable of bringing out the best in others, enhancing overall team performance and delivering extreme service to Kenexa customers

Appropriate relationship-building skills in both live and virtual environments

Proactive, solution-oriented approach to working life, with the ability to cope with high levels of responsibility

Excellent knowledge of best-of-breed recruitment practices, demonstrable through outstanding track record of success

Outstanding communication skills enabling service delivery in both domestic and international markets
