Operations Manager for Hexagon Executive Search

The primary role of this position is to ensure that all development resources utilize standard processes and procedures and manage day-to-day operations of various offices.

The incumbent will provide training and assistance with rolling out and adopting standard software development methodologies and other operational initiatives and work in close coordination with the Operations Team as a whole in communicating initiatives for the entire BU team.

Responsibilities
Engages with local managers and team members to ensure and enforce local adoption of all business unit processes and policies.

Serves as local resource for questions regarding standard policies and educates teams appropriately.

Provides feedback to Operations head on policy adherence or proposed adjustments

MIS / IT / Admin:
Coordinating with Operations, Finance and MIS for software procurement activities for R&D Department. This includes getting quotes from vendor to getting software installed.

Initiating hardware procurement activates for the business unit.

HR and recruitment:
Coordinating with HR in India and HR business partner in NA for all recruitment for the business unit on an end to end basis, including justification of the positions.

Coordinating the on-boarding of new recruits to ensure that they are comfortable and also educate them about the processes of the business unit.

Training:
Assist in the selection of third-party training partners, when required.

Coordinate and assist in the roll-out of business unit’s training activities in the different offices.
