Onsite Recruiter for Kenexa

Ability to understand the requirements more specifically in the Pharma Domain and source candidates using various sources such as search engines, referrals, networking, Head Hunting etc.

Ability to phone screen and shortlist candidates by creating relevant questionnaire formats.

Ability to conduct initial personal interviews and submit candidate resumes with pertinent synopsis of the candidates to the Hiring Manager.

Adept at report generation on a regular and continuous basis.
