Manager - Recruitment (HR) for Deep Value

Deep Value is looking for a Recruitment Manager to handle the overall recruitment needs of the company in areas like - technology, statistical / quantitative analysis and trade support

Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle and the ability to turn around quickly to source candidates based on manpower requirements

Should be a quick learner in understanding the nature of the business in order to project the company well in the job market

Responsible for promoting the company brand in the domestic market with full gusto

Good experience in handling job portals for posting vacancies and using the database to source candidates

Liaise between consultants / candidates and internal teams to schedule interviews

Effective follow up to enable a smooth on-boarding process for selected / offered candidates
