2. Establishing relationships with all the clients to support high volume opportunities.
3. Conducting searches for candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods.
4. Preparing candidates for interviews with client companies and managing candidates and clients through compensation negotiations.
5. Managing recruitment process from requisition initiation to sourcing to the acceptance of offer and final placement
6. Managing recruitment lifecycle, including targeted lead generation through cold calls, establishing garnering agreements.
7. Recruit candidates for all levels from Agents to Vice President and sr. Vice President.
8. Coach candidates through the client interview process, build relationships with contract employees through different activities, reference checks and background investigations.
9. Team Leading: segregate work among the team members and get the work done.

Communication Skills: Extremely good oral & written Communication skills. Should be able to interact with clients(Pharma).
Experience: 3 - 6 years of work experience in Pharma recruitment industry performing a similar role
Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate from any reputed institute
