Manager - Human Resources for an associate of IndusInd Bank

The candidate is responsible for finalization of manpower budget ensuring full compliance to norms

Initiate action for recruitment, selection and induction of manpower as per the budget

Check for candidate fitment as per norms, authorizing and monitoring the issue of offers. Monitoring the MIS for the same

Coordination of Induction and training for emlployees and supervision of post joining activities

Addressing grievances if any as per norms

Arrange development interventions accordingly

Initiating employee disciplinary action, and maintaining appropriate records

roviding guidance to executives on processes and supervising their activities suggesting corrections wherever required

The candidates will be on rolls of Indusind Marketing and Financial Services an Associate of Indusind Bank Ltd.

he candidate must have experience in handling HR activities specially with reference to manpower budgeting, recruitment and selection, performance management and statutory provisions related to Human Resource Management.

MBA in Human Resources/MSW preferably with LLB

Knowledge of HR processes and Statutory provisions related to it
