The incumbent will be responsible for Recruitment & selection of staff & worker
Planning & Execution of training including induction training of staff
Various personnel, welfare and industrial relations functions
Salary administration
Factory administration
Statutory compliance such as provident fund, professional tax, labour welfare fund, factory act
Contract labour management
Training of workers
Experience of handling IR matters, employee relations
Should have independently handled statutory compliances, attending legal matters if required, liasioning with government agencies
Should have knowledge of computers; knowledge of SAP or other ERP packages preferred
Should have strong leadership qualities
Should have good people management skills
Should be well - conversant at Hindi/ English/ Gujarati (mandate)
Graduate with additional qualification in Personnel Management/ HRD/ MLM/ MSW and or Labour laws
Experience in personnel & administration preferably of textile spun yarn unit
Should be well versed in speaking Gujarati
