Payroll:
Supervise the accurate and timely payment of all staff salaries and expenses, making the appropriate statutory deductions.
Provide any required advice and guidance on payroll matters to managers and staff.
Oversee the timely and accurate submission of all statutory returns to the government departments.
Monitor all payroll costs and ensure that these are allocated to the correct budget heads.
Keep abreast of all developments relating to payroll law and administration.

Compliances of all statutory requirements
Extend support for Man Power Budget, Recruitment, Performance Management System, Learning & Development and HR budget
HR Policy - Implementation & Interpretation
MIS - Develop and maintain all necessary HR procedures and information systems to ensure that the School has all the information required for effective resource planning and management and regulatory compliance.
High level negotiation skills
Excellent human relations skills
Proficient in MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint)
SAP HR knowledge specifically exposure to
payroll processing module
The candidate must be Post Graduate/MBA in Human Resources with HR generalist experience
A clear understanding and knowledge on all HR activities
