Supervising attendence & Leave process, salary & payroll processing
Maintaining of statutory compliance i.e. Provident Fund, Bonus & applicable laws
Implementation of performance appraisal system, Mediclaim insurance, maintaining & updating employee database (HRIS)
MIS Reports (Joiners, Leavers, Leave application Tracker, Disciplinary action) uniforms & involved the seperation process
Analyzing reasons for attrition & making final settlements
Legal cases & any other Disciplinary issues, canteen services & other administration / Liaison activities.
