Management Trainee for Mafoi

Candidate should have expertise in driving recruitment for major investment banking clients, KPO and BPO sector.

Handle recruitment`s across levels.

Investment Banking Operations - Equity Research, Derivative Operations, Equity and Asset Management, Prime Brokerage, Trade Settlements, Security Operations, Investment Management Division.

Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounts Payable and Receivables, General Ledger Reconciliation, Procurement.

Voice/Non Voice Process(Data Processor, Quality, MIS Analyst, Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Market research.

Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle:

* Assisting organizations in meeting their manpower requirement, in this rapidly changing business environment through selection, search and advertising.

* Sourcing and validating the candidates

* Shortlisting the right fit and sending them to the client.

* Following up with the client for feedback and scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates.

* Mapping of skill-sets to facilitate access to accurate labour market.

* Assisting candidates in understanding the opportunity in hand and hence helping them to make the right decision.

* Post offer coordination and ensuring the offered candidates join the organization.

* Invoicing the clients accordingly.

* Collection within the least amount of time so as to keep the DSO low.

* Interacting with the client regularly to understand the client’s requirements.

* Single point of contact for the client.

* Attending regular meetings with the client’s operations team to understand the requirement and discuss challenges.
