Junior Recruitment Assistant for Rhythm & Hues Studios

Maintain and update the recruitment database.

Communicate with candidates for processing of job applications.

Process job applications and make relevant entries in the recruitment database.

Follow up with candidates who are non-reachable and update their new contact details in the recruitment database.

Send application status mail to the candidates who have applied.

Schedule candidates for personal interviews and tests etc.

Coordinate with training institutes for conducting seminars / presentations etc.

Make presentations at the training institutes.
Knowledge of multimedia or 3D software`s will be an added advantage.
