Ideal Candidates should have hands-on exp. in End-to-end recruitment cycle.

Co-ordinate various recruitment and selection process until the candidate On-boards the organization.

Candidates Should have

* 1-2 years of relevant experience.

* Superior conceptual & analytical skills.

* Good negotiation & communications skills

Candidates should be

* Self-driven and have leadership skills.

* Strong in sourcing from portals and headhunting.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Understanding and analyzing client`s requirement.

* Sourcing profiles from various job portals.

* Screening the profiles according to the requirement.

* Validation of the sourced profiles.

* Interview schedules, events, follow-ups.
