Identify niche skill candidates based on technical job specifications.
Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions and promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.
Perform daily recruiting activities including but not limited to searching, matching candidates to requirements, reviewing resumes, phone screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews and reference check.
A proven track record of accomplishment demonstrating ability to source candidates, establish relationships, negotiation skills and customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with business and technical team members.
Successful close ratio by identifying the right candidates and pipeline based on the sales projections
Ability to negotiate salary.
Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
Good knowledge of microsoft office suite, outlook express / ms outlook and experience with internet recruiting tools is a must. (ATS) Applicant tracking system experience is a plus.
Strong networking and sourcing skills
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Bachelor degree in information technology or related field (MBA Preferred).
Excellent time management, verbal, written communication and organizational skills are required
