IT Recruiter (US Staffing) for Interglobe Technologies

have hand-on experience with IT Recruitments(no Exceptions)

Responsible for sourcing Consultants on the Skill Sets against active Client requirements.

Must have used resume search engines like Monster, Career Builder, Dice, Maxhire etc. to find the excellent recourses for Active requirements.

Must have worked extensively with H1B, Citizens, and Green Card Holders.

Negotiating rates, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates

To coordinate interviews, made initial offer to candidates, briefed candidates on Compensation and

Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts and target skill sets.

Responsible for informing consultants about the Scheduled interviews requested by the clients

To communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment

To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with Candidate, professional/personal referrals, Account Managers/ Resource Manager and co-workers

Desired Profile

Works on hiring for high volume positions

Sourcing though different channels hiring like Job portals, internal referrals, & job placement agencies.

Help in increasing the hiring channels by exploring new methods of hiring.

Ensuring that the week on week/monthly/quarterly hiring targets are met on an ongoing basis.

Focuses on coordination of talent acquisition.

Facilitates new hire orientation sessions both in person and over phone.

Following up on complete documentation of the candidates for smooth onboarding.

Ensures adherence to the hiring policy and procedures.

Basic process orientation, interviewing skills.

Good industry knowledge, communication skills.
