Role & Responsibility
Candidate should have 1 to 2 yrs experience in hardcore IT recruitment.
Should be good on various IT domains & related IT Technologies
Will be responsible for the entire cycle of recruitment.
Source profiles using various technique - portals, head hunting, network building, referrals etc.,
Screening, short listing, scheduling Interviews, follow ups - upto closure.
Should be process driven, able to generate various MIS Reports & maintain/build resume database.
Closing internal position.
Skill Required
1)Must have prior experience of IT recruitment.
2)Good command over various search tools & techniques.
5)Must have prior experience in working in target oriented environment.
