1.Candidate should be able to work closely with hiring managers /leads to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (description, salary, timing, expectations, etc).

2.Handle higher and middle levels(end to end)

3.Adhere to complete recruitment process.

4.Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.

5.Solicit and document relevant Tech, PM & HR feedbacks throughout the interview process including the approvals if any. Maintaining the overall database.

6.Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates.

7.Coordinating offer closure.

8.Diligent follow up with candidates for joining.

9.Maintain individual Reports and MIS tracking.

10.Interacting with Vendors on need base.
