1. Candidate should be good communicator and should have experience in understanding IT tools.

2. Able to do head hunting,taking candidate referals, bulid database.

3.Should work for long hours depending on the requirements.

5. Strong working knowledge of IT tools, indepth understanding of tecnologies like Java,Dotnet, Oracle APPS, SAP, Datawarehousing, Mainframes etc.

Job Description:
For candidates with more than 2+yrs of experience.

Minimum of one year experience in technical recruiting.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency.

A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.

Able to multi-task in a very fast paced, dynamic environment.

Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships based on honesty and integrity.

Posses the ability and desire to continually learn new technology.

Sales experience will be an added advantage.
