The incumbent Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability.
Should be able to generate resumes from Head hunting / Referrals and thus should be very well versed with the same
Search resumes in Job portals and Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
Ensures the Quality of the candidates submitted for the technical discussion with the technical panel/ Senior Management across the Globe.
Conducts initial interviews by phone/ in person to determine experience and skill level.
Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate`s experience and requirement.
Checking the references of candidates simultaneously.
Submit the profile of the candidate to Technical Team for a technical discussion.
Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.
Ensure the selected candidates are provided with the offer letters on timely basis.
Ensures that the per hire cost is optimized to the best.
Ensure Newly Joined resources are comfortable.
Experience in IT Recruitments.
Should be a Graduate in any stream.
Should have good communication and convincing skills.
Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Should have sound Technical Background (Candidates with Technical qualification or prior IT Recruitments experience in US Staffing would be preferred).
Candidate should have hard core IT Recruitment experience with good net working capability within the IT Community among diversified Technology Platform.
