IT Recruiter for Synygy

As an IT Recruiter at Synygy India Pvt. Ltd., will work in our Pune, India office with the global human resources team, and provide support in the areas of recruiting and staffing.

You will report to the Recruitment Manager and work with other members of the recruitment team to fill job requisitions throughout the organization.

Responsibilities will include:
Implement recruitment strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.

Interviewing and hiring candidates in technical and non-technical positions using various Internet and Intranet applications.

Representing Synygy in various recruitment events including campus-hiring events, job fairs etc.

Ensuring that Synygy’s recruitment/HR processes are implemented and executed consistently.

Specific qualifications include:
Minimum of 1-year IT recruiting experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a multinational company.

Should have handled large volume hiring across technologies including Java/J2ee, Pl/SQL, Oracle, manual and automation testing, application development etc.

Superior oral and written communication skills.

Head hunting and cold-calling experience is preferred.

Experience using Internet search engines and ability to source passive candidates by leveraging social and business networking sites.

Ability to work towards targets and manage work pressure, excellent team player with a flexible and adaptable mentality.

Excellent Internet and MS Outlook skills.

Excellent problem solving abilities and detail orientation.

Bachelors degree required.

Synygy is not paying for relocation costs in connection with this position.
