The candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening and closing requirements and running references checks

Experience in end to end model and identifying right candidates for IT requirements

Excellent knowledge on technical concepts and latest trends

Excellent knowledge of internet based recruiting tools

Strong communication, inter personal skills and ability to work independently

Proficient with Ms word & Ms excel

Enthusiastic, ambitious & target driven

Excellent in building relationships

Experience of working on various Job boards.

Good experience in head hunting

Experience in handling complete end to end recruitment lifecycle

Must be able to work on fulfilling complex requirements in a limited time period

Must be proficient in different sourcing methodologies for various technical requirements
