Candidate will be responsible for recruitments utilizing various sourcing method like web portals, internal references, job postings etc.

Interacting with internal team of engineers to understand the staffing needs, job descriptions and skills.

Identifying prospective candidates through various recruiting channels like databank, job portals, personal reference, networking, advertisements, and employee referral.

Pre-screening the candidates through telephone .

Checking confidence level, educational background, attitude, stability level and expectations for the assignment.

Preparation and issuing of offer letter, carrying out background checks, salary negotiation etc.,

To create and maintain recruitment database containing details of candidates and their status.

Constant engagement with candidates from offer made stage till the candidates join the organization.

Knowledge on ERP would be an added advantage.
