Will be responsible for the entire cycle of recruitment
Source profiles using various technique - portals, head hunting, network building, referrals etc.,
Screening, short listing, scheduling interviews, follow ups - upto closure
Should be process driven, able to generate various MIS reports & maintain/build Resume Database

Skill Required:-
Must have prior experience of IT recruitment.
Good command over various search tools & techniques.
Must have prior experience in working in target oriented environment.
