Should have great knowledge working on IT recruitment, Technical skills.

Should have worked on job portals like naukri, monster, times job etc...

Should handle all requirements individually, from sourcing to joining i.e. from junior position to management level positions.

Should take up the responsibility of sourcing, Screening, Short listing individually.

Responsible to co ordinate with client / team to source resumes.
