Candidate will be involved in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing profiles to salary negotiation and on boarding candidates.
Should have knowledge and experience in tapping the different sources of pooling potential talent. Effectively using job portals, references, posting ads, conducting walk ins, co-coordinating with consultant, managing databases & co-ordination of employee referral schemes.
Coordinating with different hiring managers to find out their requirement Specifications
Initial screening of profiles based on requirements and assessing their communication, technology, competency, attitude and fitment.
Creating a best impression to the talent pool by presenting the group as a whole and the benefits that the organization has to offer for the individual. Educating the candidate on the job profile and the client.
Short listing for technical discussions with in-house technical panel. Also getting to participate in technical discussions. Co-ordination of technical interviews, getting feedback from technical panel and sharing the same with candidates.
Involved in final HR discussion - Calculating pay, getting approvals from business heads, salary negotiation with short-lists, getting offer approval and rolling out offer letters.
Co-coordinating with talent management as and when needed.
Preparing reports on a daily basis and using common databases.
