IT Recruiter for Avesta Computers

A qualified candidate would have:

1. Position is a full time position offering an opportunity to work from home (nationwide, in India)

2. A minimum of 4 years of US recruitment experience.

3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

4. Proven experience in recruiting IT talent, availing of job boards and vendor resourcing partnerships.

5. Sound understanding of various IT technologies and the software application development life cycle.

6. Effective communication and negotiation skills.

7. Ability to work extended hours – working US night shifts ( East Cost hours).
