Independently handling Accounts of Various companies and maintaining a good relationship with Clients.
Suggest the compensation to the potential candidate keeping in mind his education back ground / experience and also the peer parity with in the system.
Coordination with all team for the hiring and other recruitment issues.
Having exp of sourcing candidates at all levels from Junior to higher level.
Job sites operation, Job description writing, Job posting, and Screening, Short-listing & taking initial interviews according to requirement.
Have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
Quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs, beating competitors.
Experienced with high volume recruiting. Strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and adaptability. Have been able to deliver results on time by meeting the deadlines and timely closure of the given task.
Handled multiple requirements simultaneously.
