IT Operations Director for Lime Labs

The Director of IT Operations will ensure that the company is able to rapidly scale its network and system infrastructure to meet exponentially increasing demand.

Leading a global team of system administrators, they will implement processes, tools, and resources necessary to maintain situational awareness and rapidly respond to any unforeseen outages.

Operations Center
Build and foster a cohesive team in an empowered and ever-growing environment

Define and implement an SLA framework as well as track, audit and optimize based on the evolving product line

Define and enforce network and system security policies, ensuring that the company is in compliance with regulatory standards such as PCI-DSS

Define and enforce change control policies and procedures including planned maintenance, upgrades, software updates, development releases and security patches.

Capacity planning of the required infrastructure based on the business strategy and needs

Asset Management
Help establish and build relationships with vendors in conjunction with corporate leadership

Communication
Ensure department is well informed at all times of changes and news worthy events within the company

Management
Holds responsibility for IT staffing and budgeting projections on a company-wide basis.

Client Management
Communicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
